The Regional Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding our customer base and achieving sales quotas for the assigned area/region.

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience managing a branch while taking accountability for reaching sales targets. You should also be able to supervise a team of salespeople and set profitable goals remotely.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required
  • Experience with sales tracking software or tools is essential
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Leadership skills to motivate a high-performance sales team
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and excellent communication skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
