Job Descriptions:

  1. Lead and direct all business development and sales fulfillment efforts for the assigned region, ensuring target achievement and team performance at par or better than KPI given assessment measures.
  2. Monitor, analyze, and strategize accordingly based on the region's market trends and behavior, including communication of competitor activities in the area.
  3. Line management responsibilities such as coaching, directing, and monitoring day-to-day activities over business development managers and officers if any.
  4. Further strengthen relationships with any external stakeholders and clients and coordinate with internal customers.
  5. Accountable for all assets and ensure contract management.
  6. A/R management and collections monitoring.

Job Qualifications:

  1. At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably gained from FMCG and on-premise channel.
  2. More than 2 years in a line manager role or a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
  3. Degree holder from reputable universities.
  4. Excellent people management skills and coaching ability.
  5. Passionate, assertive, and with a positive can-do attitude.
  6. Proven track record of sales and role-related achievements.
  7. Expertise in on-premise and territorial knowledge highly preferred.
  8. Good working etiquette.
