- Lead and direct all business development and sales fulfillment efforts for the assigned region, ensuring target achievement and team performance at par or better than KPI given assessment measures.
- Monitor, analyze, and strategize accordingly based on the region's market trends and behavior, including communication of competitor activities in the area.
- Line management responsibilities such as coaching, directing, and monitoring day-to-day activities over business development managers and officers if any.
- Further strengthen relationships with any external stakeholders and clients and coordinate with internal customers.
- Accountable for all assets and ensure contract management.
- A/R management and collections monitoring.
Job Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably gained from FMCG and on-premise channel.
- More than 2 years in a line manager role or a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Degree holder from reputable universities.
- Excellent people management skills and coaching ability.
- Passionate, assertive, and with a positive can-do attitude.
- Proven track record of sales and role-related achievements.
- Expertise in on-premise and territorial knowledge highly preferred.
- Good working etiquette.
