Administrative Office Coordinator

The Ateneo's Department of Fine Arts is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as its Administrative Assistant. This role provides office clerical support in the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Receives and attends to inquiries from various stakeholders, providing prompt responses and escalating concerns to the relevant personnel.
- Manages correspondence between the department and external units or individuals, ensuring timely receipt, delivery, and archiving of documents.
- Updates and maintains accurate records of files received and released by the department.
- Archives and catalogues materials generated by the department's activities, including books, theses, projects, manuals, playbills, and audiovisual materials.
- Provides logistical support for events and activities initiated by the department, ensuring seamless execution and excellent guest experiences.
- Maintains the upkeep, security, and maintenance of the department's teaching and office spaces, adhering to University standards.
- Collaborates with various departments and teams to provide logistical support for events and activities organized by the Loyola Schools and the University.
