Key Responsibilities
  • Receives and attends to inquiries from various stakeholders, providing prompt responses and escalating concerns to the relevant personnel.
  • Manages correspondence between the department and external units or individuals, ensuring timely receipt, delivery, and archiving of documents.
Additional Duties
  • Updates and maintains accurate records of files received and released by the department.
  • Archives and catalogues materials generated by the department's activities, including books, theses, projects, manuals, playbills, and audiovisual materials.
  • Provides logistical support for events and activities initiated by the department, ensuring seamless execution and excellent guest experiences.
  • Maintains the upkeep, security, and maintenance of the department's teaching and office spaces, adhering to University standards.
  • Collaborates with various departments and teams to provide logistical support for events and activities organized by the Loyola Schools and the University.
