Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for multiple stakeholders.
  • Coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle emails and phone calls efficiently, responding promptly to inquiries.
  • Keep accurate records, maintaining confidentiality when necessary.
