Office Administrator for Student Services

We are seeking an Organizational Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Dean and the Office, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and activities. This includes coordination of meetings, management of records, and provision of exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates meeting schedules and ensures timely communication with stakeholders
- Manages records and files, maintaining confidentiality and discretion
- Provides administrative support to the Dean and other office personnel
- Assists in data collection and analysis for quality assurance initiatives
- Disseminates information and updates stakeholders on key performance indicators and developments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of relevant clerical work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
