Office Administration Specialist

Lexie Staffing is currently seeking a highly skilled Office Administration Specialist to join our team at our Libis QC site.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient task completion
- Develop and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases
- Coordinate events, meetings, and other activities, ensuring seamless execution
- Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with colleagues and clients
We require a college graduate with a degree in a related field, such as Finance, Accounting, or Entrepreneurship (Non-Voice Account). The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential in this role.
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from 13K to 15K upon hire, plus a range of benefits, including night differential, HMO coverage, life insurance, and annual performance-based increases.
