Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

  • Coordinates office operations, including reception duties, mail handling, and supply ordering.
  • Provides administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports and presentations.
  • Develops and implements efficient filing systems and procedures.
  • Ensures accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
Requirements
  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree preferably Business Administration, Office Administration or any related fields.
  • At least one year's experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when necessary.
