Office Administrator Assistant

**Job Description**
As an Administrative Assistant at Sourcefit DR, you will play a critical role in supporting our team's day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring seamless operations, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative support to the MD and Head Chef, including managing emails, calendars, and documents.
- Coordinate project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines, assigning tasks, and following up on progress.
- Deliver exceptional customer service support, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support staff onboarding, schedule team meetings, and training.
- Conduct market research, gather competitor information, and compile relevant data for decision-making.
**Requirements:**
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Entry-level/1-2 years administrative work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong ability to use Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Asana and Impos POS is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Meticulous approach to ensure accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
- Flexibility to handle changing priorities and unexpected situations.
- Ability to work independently and effectively.
