We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our team in the Philippines.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business and establishing a sales or distribution network in accordance with company strategy, assisting in the achievement of sales targets in Indonesia.
This role involves managing new product sales projects, supervising the selling process, creating and negotiating sales agreements and contracts, building and strengthening ties with partners and customers, attending public events to promote the company's brand and products, making future development recommendations, and providing timely feedback to the director on every business opportunity, project improvement, problem, client demand, and so on.
Sales performance data will be reported for oversight and management.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience working as a Channel Sales Manager in selling hardware or software solutions to banks or fintech institutions, specifically ATMs, cash recyclers, cash depositors, cash sorters, retail solutions, and branch transformation solutions.
- Strong relationships with Banks to communicate or promote the products or services quickly to banks.
- A wide network of distributors and partners specialized in providing products and solutions to banks.
- Significant expertise in direct and channel sales, customer relationship creation and management, excellent negotiating and sales skills, ability to work well under pressure, and self-motivation.
