Job Description: AVP Alternative Channels

This is a full-time on-site role for an AVP Alternative Channels at Maxicare Healthcare Corporation, located in Makati City. The AVP Alternative Channels will develop and manage strategies for alternative sales channels, establish and maintain relationships with channel partners, and work to expand market reach.

  • Drive revenue growth by retaining and expanding the existing portfolio of accounts.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for increasing sales revenue from existing accounts.
  • Review and ensure the effective implementation of sales incentive programs to motivate and reward high performance.
  • Plan, monitor, and evaluate the performance of sales personnel to achieve and exceed business objectives.
  • Collect, analyze, and ensure the accurate and timely reporting of customer feedback on service delivery to top management.
