The opportunity

As an Account Executive for Q.C. Styropackaging Corporation/Multiplast Corporation, you'll be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships in the Negros Oriental region. This is a full-time, office-based role located in Dumaguete City.

Key responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential customers
  3. Provide expert advice and support to clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions
  4. Prepare and present sales proposals and pitches to secure new business
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  6. Accurately track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product/service developments

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in an account management or sales role, preferably within the sales industry
  2. Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  4. Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and address client needs
  5. Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis tools
  6. A team player with a customer-centric approach
  7. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
