Job Description

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including bars, clubs, restaurants, and retail establishments, ensuring optimal product availability and visibility.
  • Sales Growth: Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to increase sales and market share within Cebu.
  • Brand Visibility & Execution: Ensure brand is well-represented at key on-premise and off-premise locations by implementing brand guidelines and merchandising standards.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
  • Event & Activation Management: Partner with marketing teams to execute promotional activities, sponsorships, and Red Bull branded events to drive brand engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with distributors and internal teams to align sales strategies and ensure smooth execution of brand initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, key account management, or trade marketing, preferably in FMCG, beverage, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for brand-building and sales.
  • Ability to work independently and travel within Cebu as needed.
  • Must be social, outgoing, and able to engage with key stakeholders in the nightlife and lifestyle industry.
