About Us

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager - Financial Management to join our team at Icon Executive Asia. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing cash flow and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensures accuracy of payments to suppliers, brokers, consultants, and other payees. Undertakes final checking of prepared APV before approval by authorized signatories.
  2. Ensures accurate computation of commission statements and payment of salaries.
  3. Reviews monthly financial statements to ensure accuracy and sound financial information.
  4. Ensures accurate analysis of monthly bank reconciliation statements.

Financial Reporting

Oversee the entire accounting cycle (accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, etc.). Ensure timely and accurate financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement).

Qualifications:

  • At least five years managerial experience in accounting-related jobs.
  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy. Certifications (CPA, MBA) preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
