Sales Key Account Manager Job Description

Job Overview:

As a Sales Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with key accounts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including bars, clubs, restaurants, and retail establishments.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to increase sales and market share within Cebu.
  • Evaluate market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
  • Partner with marketing teams to execute promotional activities and brand events.
  • Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to align sales strategies and ensure smooth execution of brand initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, key account management, or trade marketing, preferably in FMCG, beverage, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for brand-building and sales.
