Accounts Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, tax filings, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with full sets of accounts for all subsidiaries and related companies, ensuring timely monthly closings and accurate reporting.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness before inputting into the systems.
- Assist with general ledger transactions, bank reconciliations, and schedules, ensuring correctness and timely submission for review.
- Assist with preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, along with budgeting, cash flow management, foreign exchange, and financial projections.
- Assist with the company's tax matters, including quarterly GST filings and corporate tax.
- Assist in daily administrative functions.
- Participate in various projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Experience & Requirements:
- Candidate may possess minimally Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or equivalents.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Remuneration will be adjusted according to experience.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Able to support multiple demands independently and meticulously.
- Strong organisation skills to handle large amount of paperwork.
- Ability to work on your own initiative under a dynamic environment.
- Able to cope well in a dynamic, fast-paced and challenging work environment.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work efficiently.
- Meticulous attention to detail and results oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
