Key Account Manager

Maintain complete data records of Key Accounts such as store list monitoring, promo monitoring, personnel directory, key plan summary, display counter summary etc.
Accurately and timely enlist new products, promotions and other instore initiatives.
Fulfill requirements of Key Accounts for their HRIS and other related activities concerning personnel management.
Communicate company marketing campaigns and communication plans to assigned Key Accounts.
Execute and supervise key account marketing and communications plans and oversee our key account marketing campaigns and plans.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with Key Account decision makers and anyone with respect to the handled categories.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by key accounts and deal with complaints with substantial solutions to develop and maintain trust and confidence among retail partners.
Achieve sales volume, on-shelf availability of products, distribution, pricing, merchandising and promotional objectives with assigned Key Accounts.
Understand the key account business goals and work with them to create strategies.
Plan strategic activities and initiatives that will grow Hebe Beauty in existing doors with the key account.
Grow Hebe Beauty's presence and business in the account via expansion into new doors or other relevant channels within the channel (i.e. e-commerce platform of the account).
Ensure regular engagement with account key persons to further build business and relationships.
Sales and Operations Management:Coordinate with internal operations teams or third-party agencies (warehouse, materials team, logistics, order fulfillment) to ensure that all particulars necessary for the new store openings are processed and delivered on time.
Monitor sales data, out of stock, pricing, stock levels, share of market, quality of displays (account merchandising standards) and analyze information to prepare improvement reports to implement strategies in maximizing sales and product visibility of the accounts.
Conduct regular store visits to assess overall business in the area and monitor competitive activities such as brand launching, advertising and promotion campaigns, price surveys and inform management about such activities.
Coordinate with the credit and collection department of key accounts for proper processing of receivables.
Monitor account performance and provide related tactics and strategies for the improvement of sales performance.
Report on activities and accounts to the Key Account Manager.
Perform company-related duties as assigned by the Key Account Manager.
Qualifications:Have worked in Watsons or have experience handling Watsons as an account or handling other modern trade accounts.
Have experience negotiating with the buyers of trade accounts.
Proficient in using spreadsheets (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
Proficient in drafting letters and creating presentations using PowerPoint.
Proficient in using email, Viber and other basic communication platforms.
Have the ability to analyze data and strategize according to the given data.
