Job Description

The Strategic Partnership Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with major clients to drive growth and expansion within assigned accounts. This individual will work closely with internal teams to develop and execute strategic plans, ensuring the delivery of exceptional results and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

About the Role

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently deliver outstanding results. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, ability in problem-solving and negotiation, and strong communication and people skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with major clients to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Works closely with internal teams to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Ensures the delivery of exceptional results and maintains high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Provides regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
  • Stays informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics that may impact client relationships.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field and at least 5-7 years of experience in account management, sales leadership or business development role.
