You will make a direct impact by: Using DISC personality profiling to diagnose team strengths and design interventions that improve collaboration and reduce conflict. Coaching and upskilling leadership coaches so they can deliver scalable leadership behaviours across teams. Designing and implementing organisational development strategies and training programs that raise engagement, retention, and measurable team effectiveness. This Role Is for You If… Experience You have proven experience coaching and developing leaders within an organisational context. Technical Skills Certification in DISC personality profiling or relevant organisational development methodologies. Strong ability to analyse team performance metrics and translate them into actionable people strategies. Experience designing and facilitating training and team-building programs. Non-Negotiables Availability to work 7:00 AM–4:00 PM PH Time. Hybrid work setup with fixed in-office days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bonus Points Demonstrated success in improving engagement or team effectiveness through data-driven interventions. Experience coaching leadership coaches or running train-the-trainer programs.
