Organizational Development Senior Specialist

Plan, execute, and assess initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness, operational efficiency, and employee growth. Lead and support various organizational development projects to promote positive change and cultivate a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Foster organizational growth and achievement by creating and applying strategies that boost employee performance, engagement, and development.
Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Work closely with the Unit Supervisor and team members to evaluate organizational needs and pinpoint areas for growth and improvement.
⦁ Design, develop, and implement organization-wide development programs, training sessions, and change management strategies that align with the company's objectives.
⦁ Lead and facilitate training workshops, coaching sessions, and other activities to enhance employee skills, competencies, and overall performance.
⦁ Organize and support team-building initiatives to foster collaboration, communication, and teamwork across the organization.
⦁ Track and assess the success of development programs, gather feedback, and suggest improvements to ensure ongoing effectiveness.
⦁ Provide guidance to managers and staff on performance management, career growth, and employee engagement efforts.
⦁ Assist in creating policies, procedures, and guidelines related to organizational development and employee engagement.
⦁ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure organizational development efforts are aligned and integrated with other HR functions and broader business goals.
⦁ Serve as a primary contact for employees seeking advice, resources, or support regarding career development, training, and organizational change.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- At least four years of growing experience in HR, concentrating on organizational development, training, and managing change.
