As Recruitment Specialist, you play a vital role in the growth and success of an organization by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to extending job offers, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Acquire clients from sourcing to presentation of company services to become the agency clients.
  • Perform recruitment strategies related to business development and marketing that can help expand agency network and clienteles.
  • Create and post engaging job descriptions on various platforms (job boards, social media, etc.).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Must be willing to work in San Pablo City, Laguna, and can start ASAP.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented and driven to achieve hiring goals.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
