Organizational Development Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive
Organizational Development (OD) Supervisor
to lead initiatives that enhance employee performance, organizational effectiveness, and workplace culture. This role is responsible for developing and implementing OD strategies, managing training programs, and supporting change management across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and evaluate
organizational development strategies
that align with business goals and enhance organizational performance. - Supervise OD team members
and coordinate cross-functional efforts to support learning, leadership development, and talent management initiatives. - Lead the development of
training programs
, workshops, and leadership development activities to support employee growth and organizational capability. - Partner with HR and business leaders to identify
performance gaps
, organizational needs, and solutions to improve team and individual effectiveness. - Manage and support
change management processes
, including communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management. - Conduct
needs assessments, surveys
, and data analysis to inform OD strategies and measure impact. - Facilitate team building, conflict resolution, and other
intervention sessions
to support organizational health. - Oversee
employee engagement initiatives
and recommend strategies to foster a positive and productive work environment. - Track and report on the effectiveness and ROI of OD programs and interventions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in organizational development, human resources, or talent development, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of
OD methodologies
, adult learning principles, and performance management systems. - Proven experience in
change management, training development
, and employee engagement initiatives. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office, survey tools, and learning management systems (LMS).
