Manage phone calls, emails, and other communication on behalf of the employer.
Draft, proofread, and send responses or reports as needed.
Personal Errands and Tasks:
Run personal errands (managing appointments etc).
Assist with family-related or household tasks if necessary
Document Preparation and Filing:
Organize and maintain files and documents, including personal and professional records.
Prepare presentations, reports, or documents as needed.
Confidentiality and Discretion:
Maintain strict confidentiality about personal and business matters.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and trustworthiness.
Research and Problem-Solving:
Conduct research as requested by the employer, such as finding products, services, or gathering information.
Solve problems efficiently by handling day-to-day issues that may arise.
Skills and Qualifications:
Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to Detail:
High level of accuracy in handling tasks and communication.
Discretion and Trustworthiness:
Comfortable handling confidential matters with professionalism.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and communication tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
