Position: Executive Secretary

Salary Offer: Php25,000-Php35,000
Work Schedule: Monday ~ Friday , 8:30am~7:10pm

Job Requirements:
✨Bachelor’s Degree Holder
✨Open for College Undergraduate with relevant experience
✨With 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Secretary
✨With experience in BPO or IT Industry is an advantage
✨Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
✨Assist in planning appointments, meetings and conferences of executives
✨Participate in meetings and record minutes.
✨Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
✨Prioritize and manage all incoming and outgoing mail, including letters, emails, and packages.
✨Make executive travel arrangements.
✨Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
✨Create financial statements or invoices and help with bookkeeping.
✨Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
✨Keep both paper and electronic records up to date and make sure the data is accessible and well-organized.
✨Perform research and create reports or presentations as needed.
