Overview
The HR Supervisor is responsible for managing key HR functions, including recruitment, payroll processing, employee relations, performance management, and labor law compliance. This role ensures the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent while fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Officer acts as a liaison between management and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, addressing concerns, and driving initiatives that support organizational goals.

- Education: Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Experience: Human Resources Generalist: 2 years (Required)
- Language: English (Preferred)
- Work Location: In person
- Graduate of BS in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Communication, or any related course
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in the same field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software
- Knowledgeable or quick to learn payroll management systems and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
