Overview Transcom Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines Join to apply for the HR Business Partner Supervisor role at Transcom. The HRBP Supervisor will partner with HR colleagues and key stakeholders to deliver HR services aligned to business needs and will translate business requirements into effective HR practices and people solutions. Be the interface between the HR Center of Excellence and the business; work at an operational level with multiple stakeholders and influence management on people agenda and issues. Responsibilities Contribute to and support the delivery of the HR strategy in line with business objectives Support the development and continuous improvement of HR systems and policies in line with best practice Drive and deliver HR initiatives to support business needs, such as talent development, employee engagement, management development, and organizational change Work with operational management teams to identify opportunities to improve organizational and people performance Guide and coach supervisors and managers on employee relations and HR issues in line with policies and best practice, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, redundancy and absence management Support other HR roles with projects and operational issues (e.g., recruitment, payroll) Detailed Functional Responsibilities Employee Relations: act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues; manage disciplinary cases; ensure sensitive issues are escalated appropriately; coach managers on employee relations; liaise with Legal on external labor cases; advise on occupational health issues Talent Management and Performance Management: support talent profile management, succession planning and forecasting; identify trends and liaise with HR Center of Excellence; facilitate leadership sessions; drive performance improvement plans; coach on appraisals and feedback Learning, Organization Development and Change Management: capture learning trends, identify interventions, deliver HR-related training; support change programs; provide change management interventions and communications support Total Rewards, Promotions, HR Data and Records: support salary reviews up to Supervisor level; align compensation with market data; ensure on-time and consistent salary reviews; manage promotions and HR data accuracy Employee Programs and Initiatives: implement strategic HR plan, identify local HR initiatives, communicate and implement HR projects; develop POCs/SMEs as appropriate What we are looking for To be successful in this role you must… Interpersonal Skills – ability to communicate and collaborate with others; openness to ideas and inputs; works towards mutually agreeable outcomes Customer Focus – respond promptly to needs; manage expectations; seek feedback to improve service Initiative – proactive, self-starter; identifies improvements and implements them Communication – strong written and oral communication; clear and persuasive; active listening Strategic thinking – understands business goals and develops supporting strategies Decision making – makes timely decisions with appropriate involvement Minimum studies: University diploma or degree (Law, Labour Relations, Work Studies, Business Administration and Management or similar) Specific HR training/experience; postgraduate studies in Labour Relations and/or Labour Law Minimum two years of HR experience in personnel management and administration What’s in it for YOU Driven by our Malasakit culture, we offer benefits you can utilize once you join: Day 1 HMO Rice Subsidy Clothing Allowance 24/7 Teleconsult Free Psychologist Consultation In-house & Online Pharmacy Retirement Fund Free Meal & Medicine via Transcom’s Tap Card Rewards Loyalty Incentives Free Shuttle Service What Life at Transcom is like We’re committed to clients and each other; we value teamwork, growth, and positive change.
