Qualifications Graduate of BS Human Resource, Psychology, Communication or any related course Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software; proficient with or able to quickly learn payroll management, HRIS, and similar applications Strong time management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tough deadlines At least 2-3 years of experience in the same field HRIS Recruiting Talent Management Excellent Communication Skills Training and Development Recruitment Allocation Written and Verbal Communication Skills Working Location Pasig, Philippines (On-site) Benefits Government Mandated Benefits Insurance Health & Wellness – HMO Safety Notice If the position requires you to work overseas, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
