Job DescriptionThe HR Recruitment Supervisor is responsible for managing key HR functions, including recruitment and performance management. This role ensures the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent while fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Recruitment Supervisor acts as a liaison between management and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, addressing concerns, and driving initiatives that support organizational goals.

- Act as a liaison between management and employees, providing guidance on HR policies and addressing concerns.
- Drive HR initiatives that support organizational goals.
- Graduate of BS Human Resource, Psychology, Communication or any related course
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software; proficient with or able to quickly learn payroll management, HRIS, and similar applications
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tough deadlines
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the same field
