Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales operations within a designated region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of the co-working industry, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

1)Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region to achieve and exceed sales targets.

2)Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capture them.

3)Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.

Team Management:

4)Identify and target potential clients, including startups, SMEs, and large enterprises.

5)Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients.

Sales Operations:

1)Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.

2)Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.

3)Implement and utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and performance metrics.

Regional Growth and Expansion:

1) Identify opportunities for expanding the co-working spaces within the region.

2) Work with the real estate and development teams to evaluate and secure new locations.

3) Ensure that new locations meet company standards and brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar role in the co-working or real estate industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

Ability to travel within the region as required.
