1. Identifying Sales Goals
Maintaining and increasing sales target & goals every year.
Identifying new business opportunities, managing budgets & implementing promotional plans.

2. Creating Sales Plan
Lead sales activities in specific geographical areas, driving revenue growth & building strong customer relationship.

3. Sales Performance Analysis & Improvement
Creating area sales reports and presenting them to higher management.
Overseeing the sales operation in a particular geographical area.
Provide insights and analysis of consumer market trends, competition, landscape and drivers affecting business dynamics.
Overseeing the activities and performance of sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual targets.

4. Provide Training Opportunities
Guiding, training & providing developmental opportunities for staff members.
Perform field training with sales representative.

5. Identifying & Acquiring New Customer
Identifying new sourcing opportunities in the market.

6. Manage Sales Team
Hiring, developing and training sales representative.

7. Exceptional Customer Service Skills
Includes communication, negotiation, customer service, relationship building, problem solving and time management.

Through direct selling and bidding procurement process, our clients consist of private and government hospitals, provincial and local governments, private clinics, laboratories, sub-dealers and private individuals.

ST. THERESA DIALYSIS CENTER, INC. is the dialysis arm of the group. The company currently has fifteen (15) branches serving hemodialysis patients all throughout Luzon. The center has partnered with several government agencies (both Department of Health and Local Government) as well, for charity patients.

LABPLUS INC., is the diagnostic center of the group. It aims to be as a one-stop shop for diagnostic services. It will be strategically located in areas with high demand for laboratory check-ups: schools, government agencies and hospitals.

Our Scope

As of 2017, our distribution network covers 20 provinces of Central and Northern Luzon and 8 major cities in Metropolitan Manila. 2018 have seen the entry of more cities in Manila and foray into Southern Luzon. Our 37 years of expertise has led us with great affiliations with distributors and peers in other regions: Visayas and Mindanao.

Our dialysis center serves the cities of Quezon and Municipality of Cainta. Provinces of Pampanga, Nueva Ecija, Albay, Mt. Province and Cagayan Valley. Its network is set to expand further the entire Philippines.

Our diagnostic centers are located in Quezon City and Pampanga.
