Job Description

As the Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales within your assigned region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and local partners to ensure alignment with global brand guidelines while tailoring strategies to meet regional market needs.

  • Develop comprehensive regional marketing plans aligned with global brand objectives, taking into account market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights
  • Oversee the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Lead innovation initiatives within the region, collaborating with product development teams to identify opportunities for new product launches or line extensions

The Successful Applicant

  • Deep understanding of regional market dynamics, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances, with a track record of successfully navigating diverse markets.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization, including sales, product development, and supply chain, to drive integrated marketing strategies.
