What is the job?

Creating, updating, reviewing, sending/uploading and auditing data exchange transactions and sets-up client's enrollment systems.

Underwriting and Procurement Services Specialist

What is the job?

Responsible for managing claims reporting for the client's Underwriting Procurement Services. This includes accessing carrier claims data, updating client templates with carrier claims information, identifying and reporting possible discrepancies to and coordinating with the client counterparts for any data issues.

Some of the tasksyou need to do:

Accessing carrier claims data, updating client templates with carrier claims information

Identifying and reporting possible discrepancies to the client's counterpart team

Coordinating and communicating with the client's UPS team for any other data issues

Encoding, analyzing, comparing and maintaining data required for tracking and monitoring statistical claims information for the client and their sub-clients

Generating periodic reports and formatting the output based on client specification or requirements

Providing forecasts on expected losses, analyzing potential outstanding liabilities, and delivering loss stratification and scatter charts for the clients under the Workers Compensation Law

Responding to tickets, emails and calls to resolve queries and issues raised by the client and their sub-clients in a timely manner

Responding timely to client's inquiries using their ticketing system

Skills/Requirements needed for the job:

Bachelor's degree orrelated work experience

Strong analytical skills, (understanding of key statistical concepts a plus)

Handling of interior design projects such as office space planning and office furniture specification for U.S. based clients. Projects involve contact with client sales staff, project managers or clients.

Some of the tasksyou need to do:

Space Planning. You will design system furniture layouts and specify the furniture required.

Double check or perform a team and self-audit of deliverables to ensure accuracy.

Make sure that all data specified in the worksheet is indicated in the floor plan and vice versa.

Handle design projects that involve interfacing with client's design staff, sales staff and project managers.

Ensure that data supplied such as field measurements and inventory of existing furniture are accurate and complete.

Communicate directly with clients – analyze information received, extract necessary information, determines and communicate additional questions and required information to complete deliverables.

Skills/Requirements needed for the job:

Preferably with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Preferably with 1 to 2+ years' experience in architecture, interior design or a related field

Experience in space planning for modular furniture a plus

Proficient in AutoCAD

High accuracy and detail orientation

Good English communication skills, interpersonal skills and organizational skills

Retrieving and processing all scanned carrier invoices and uploads to the client's current month's premium reconciliation system as well as prepare Consolidated Invoice Statements for clients

Some of the tasksyou need to do:

Preparing carrier invoices for clients who self-insure their benefit plans

Reviewing carrier invoices for every assigned client to ensure correct reflection of prior month's premium payment

Auditing checks for each carrier invoice to ensure correct posting of payments

Analyzing each carrier billing's information per process workflow and communicating discrepancies or data issues to the client counterpart for clarification on action to take

Performing daily and timely resolution of all client inquiries/tickets

Responsible for audit functions in the department

Demonstrating flexibility to go on alternate shifts or render overtime as necessary to complete monthly deliverables

Ensuring adherence to data privacy and transmission of security protocols

Skills/Requirements needed for the job:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (2 or more years in billing is a plus)

Proven comfort level with learning and working with various computer applications, specifically MS Excel

High accuracy and orientation to quality

Ability to work with multiple source files and apply knowledge from various client requirements to day-to-day transactions

Willingness to work extended hours or alternate shifts as necessary (may include holidays, weekends or nights)

Processing enrollments, changes and terminations, leave of absence administration, dependent/student verification/ongoing enrollment system data audits, for the client and their sub-clients, following client specific and standard procedures within the client's platform, while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Send notifications, receive and process all documents related to the client's sub-clients' enrollments, changes and terminations

Perform audits of election data with vendors, carriers as required and requested by clients

Follow up on required documentation and sending of notification letters regarding audit results as requested by clients

Process documentation, maintaining data and generating reports for leave of absence premium administration

Document and communicate enrollments, changes and terminations to carriers, when applicable

Client Communication and Reports Specialist

What is the job?

Receiving and addressing customer e-mails/calls and processing transactions regarding benefits e-mails and benefit-related activities on a daily basis using the client's benefits administrations platform.

Responding to customer benefits inquiries and requests via email or call

Providing timely responses to customer benefits email inquiries and requests, in adherence to the client SLAs

Creating reports related to customer website/portal activity, call/email statistics and other data requested by the client

Communicating professionally with client counterparts and providing accurate information as made available through the resources and tools

Accurately documenting all customer interactions according to procedures

Ensuring compliance to U.S. Cafeteria Plan rules and regulations

Working with the Benefits Administration Team and other client resources, as necessary, to optimize available tools, ensuring timely completion and delivery of required monthly reports

Applying all reporting standards to report configuration and development; ensuring formatting and data content integrity for all reports generated and provided

Skills/Requirements needed for the job:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (2 or more years of CSR experience is a plus)

1 or more years' experience performing a process- and detail-oriented function desired but not required

Develop and document data exchange specifications and processes with clients and insurance carriers

Configure the system (utilizing web-based GUI) based on the needs outlined by the client and carriers

Analyze and digest business and technical requirements as provided by multiple sources

Analyze and develop mapping and translations between the data elements in different systems, interfacing with the client's platform

Build import files from various data sources and execute the data import process (end-to-end)

Develop XML configuration files

Skills/Requirements needed for the job:

Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience

Working knowledge in MS Excel

Working knowledge in XXL file and conversion

Good verbal and written communication skills

Develop risk-based annual audit plans detailing the scope, nature and timing of audit activities

Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations' effectiveness

Execute internal audit activity, including proper identification of key risks and controls that impact operations

Ensure strong documentation is maintained to support testing and completes testing within the established timeline

Identify, evaluate and write-up issues. Ensure control gaps are understood by process owners and collaborate with process owners on development and monitoring mitigation plans.

Perform follow-up on audit issue results to monitor and assess management's implementation of recommendations.

Maintains strong knowledge of business processes, risks, and controls

Consistently communicates any potential audit issues to all levels of the audit area

Perform special review and audit at the request of the Management or the Board

Identify risks within a process/ functional area and recommend controls to mitigate risks

Prepare a concise and informative audit report

2 or more years of experience in Operations Audit

Responsible for configuration/set up, renewal, QA, testing and maintenance of client's benefits enrollment system.

Some of the tasksyou need to do:

Assist in the implementation, configuration, set up and testing of new implementation clients based on the required client specifications.

Responsible for the updates and renewals of ongoing clients.

Updates client's enrollment systems by creating templates and/or manually entering client requirements into the system.

Create and test Action Manager for AE and ongoing notifications.

Generate and QA Pre and Post AE communications and queue for client's enrollment system to print and mail.

Performs audits of the configured systems. This includes reviewing configuration structures, SPDs and other documents and references related to the system setup, benefits, checking of structure groups, proofreading page contents, and another configuration related set up.

Provides description of the audit findings and offers suggestions or alternative solutions to these findings.

Conducts testing of enrollments system including but not limited to creating test employees and employee groups and performing scenario testing. Ensuring that client rules were captured accurately, and employees are able to enroll into the system without any issues.

Testing scenarios for Life events and validating applicable changes.

Reviewing rates and validating system generated costs and payroll contributions.

Reviewing plan specific rules (imputed income, age reduction, benefit volumes, benefit and plan dependencies, GI/ EOI, etc)
