We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Specialist focusing on Robotics Solutions. This role is perfect for someone passionate about cutting-edge technology and knowledgeable in building client relationships. As an IT Sales Specialist, you will drive sales of our robotic solutions to businesses across various industries. You will work closely with our technical team to understand our robotic offerings and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify leads for robotic solutions, targeting businesses that can benefit from automation.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our robotic solutions.
Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized solutions tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to secure profitable deals for the company and the client.
Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management.
Requirements:
We have a proven sales track record, with experience selling technology solutions or software products.
Strong understanding of robotics technology and its applications in various industries.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients at all levels of an organization.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required):
Familiarity with CRM software for managing leads and opportunities.
Experience in the manufacturing, logistics, or healthcare industries, robotics adoption is prevalent.
Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape in the robotics market.
Previous experience in a technical sales role or working with engineering teams.
