Remuneration & Benefits (Human Resources & Recruitment)

The Benefits Specialist will be primarily responsible in overseeing the effective management and administration of both statutory and company-sponsored benefits.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of reports concerning both company-sponsored and statutory benefit
  • Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits Admin Lead to design rewards and incentives program
  • Share benefits updates and information with the Payroll Team and respective Plant HR department
  • Adhere to and communicate government agencies' regulations and procedures regarding employee benefits and claim
  • Manage contracts with third-party Service Provider
  • Offer regular feedback to the Plant HR Team and employees regarding benefit
  • Performs other related tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivale
  • With at least 5 years of related work experience
  • Preferably with Supervisory experience
  • Must be willing to report in BGC, Taguig
  • Required Skills: Philippine Statutory Benefits, Company Benefits, Communication, Interpersonal, Reports, HRIS
