I. General Summary
As an HR Specialist focusing on Company initiated benefits, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of various administrative and operational tasks within the HR department.
Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of duties, including but not limited to various administrative and human resources functions, including HRIS management, onboarding/offboarding, records management, and general administrative tasks.
II. Skills and Qualifications
1. College Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any relevant field
2. Minimum of 2 year's work experience in HR field
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills
4. Strong organizational and attention to details skills
5. Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
6. Proven administrative skills, particularly file organization and maintenance procedures
7. Strong writing and record keeping ability
8. Good computer and database skills
III. Roles and Responsibilities
1. Company-Initiated Benefits:
a. Handle HMO enlistment and deletion on entitled employee
b. Assist with group life insurance.
c. Administer retirement plans.
d. Manage leave management.
2. Administrative Work:
a. Manage WhatsApp groups and user inclusion/removal.
b. Administer access control systems and gate passes.
c. Manage ID issuance and phone line requests.
d. Procure supplies, business cards, and uniforms.
e. Coordinate PSA surveys and data collections.
f. Provide support for employee loan programs.
g. Manage office maintenance services.
3. Timekeeping:
a. Manage timekeeping processes and disputes.
b. Create and manage Employee Self-Service accounts.
c. Maintain monthly master lists.
d. Administer HRIS (Jeonsoft) setup and management.
4. Employee Management
a. Maintains Employee Database and Human Resource Information System
b. Assist in the Scorecard (PMS) setup for new positions.
c. Organize and maintain 201F files.
d. Oversee workstation allocation and maintenance.
e. Prepare HR reports.
