Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic sales plans and initiatives aligned with company objectives and market dynamics. Provide visionary leadership and guidance to the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team capable of delivering exceptional results. Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Sales Planning and Forecasting: Collaborate with senior management to establish sales targets, budgets, and forecasts. Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales productivity and efficiency.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, investors, and stakeholders. Understand client needs and preferences, anticipate market trends, and tailor solutions to meet client expectations and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and potential threats. Use data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize the sales process to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience. Implement best practices, tools, and technologies to automate and improve sales operations, lead management, and customer relationship management.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track sales performance, productivity, and effectiveness. Provide regular reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, finance, and legal, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Foster collaboration and communication to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, sales techniques, and negotiation strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving business growth and profitability.
  • Proficiency in sales management tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid real estate license or certification (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php250, Php300,000.00 per month
