Location: Metro Manila | 100% Onsite | Full-Time

At IT By Design, we're hiring System Engineers who have strong Help Desk or IT Service Desk experience — especially those with international or BPO voice support backgrounds — and are ready to move into a more technical, growth-driven environment.

This is your chance to build your career in a global Managed Services Provider (MSP) setting, where you'll gain hands-on experience, continuous learning, and direct exposure to cutting-edge IT systems used worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Provide Tier 1/2 technical support to global clients across US time zones
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and network issues
  • Manage user accounts and access in Active Directory & Azure AD
  • Track, document, and resolve tickets within agreed SLAs
  • Collaborate with global engineers to deliver world-class support

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in IT Service Desk, Help Desk, or Technical Support
  • Strong communication skills — confident speaking with international clients
  • Background in BPO / international voice or IT support is a huge advantage
  • Knowledge of AD, O365, VPN, and basic networking
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC (Night Shift, US hours)
