We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team. This role will require close collaboration with both clients and team members to resolve various support tickets, with a focus on providing troubleshooting services to customers and international end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktop operating systems, applications, printers, and VPNs.
  • Manage and maintain Office 365 accounts, offering administrative support as needed.
  • Administer and troubleshoot desktop antimalware, addressing virus/malware issues.
  • Manage Active Directory users, permissions, and access rights.
  • Perform routine desktop OS maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
  • Install and support various applications as required by end users.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2*_ years of experience*_ in a Service Desk or Help Desk support role.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in the following areas:
  • Active Directory (user management and permissions)
  • Desktop operating systems (Windows, Mac, etc.)
  • Office 365 (account management, admin support)
  • VPN and firewall management
  • Printer connectivity and hardware-related issues
  • End-user technical support
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with international clients.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to work onsite at BGC, Taguig.
  • Availability to work night shifts (8 PM to 5 AM Manila Time).
