
IT Service Desk

We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team. This role will require close collaboration with both clients and team members to resolve various support tickets, with a focus on providing troubleshooting services to customers and international end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktop operating systems, applications, printers, and VPNs.
- Manage and maintain Office 365 accounts, offering administrative support as needed.
- Administer and troubleshoot desktop antimalware, addressing virus/malware issues.
- Manage Active Directory users, permissions, and access rights.
- Perform routine desktop OS maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
- Install and support various applications as required by end users.
Qualifications:
- At least 2*_ years of experience*_ in a Service Desk or Help Desk support role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in the following areas:
- Active Directory (user management and permissions)
- Desktop operating systems (Windows, Mac, etc.)
- Office 365 (account management, admin support)
- VPN and firewall management
- Printer connectivity and hardware-related issues
- End-user technical support
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with international clients.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to work onsite at BGC, Taguig.
- Availability to work night shifts (8 PM to 5 AM Manila Time).
