About the Role
IT By Design is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused L1 MSP Engineer / Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support to our global clients. You will serve as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests, ensuring timely, accurate, and effective resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 to 1.5 support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Log, track, and manage incidents using the company's ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams
- Deliver exceptional customer service through clear and professional communication
- Follow standard operating procedures and service-level commitments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1.9 years of experience in IT Support or Service Desk roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking concepts
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
- Ability to work the night shift and manage global customer interactions
