We're growing our Service Desk team and looking for talented IT professionals who thrive in solving technical issues and supporting global users in a fast-paced MSP environment.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver frontline technical support for US-based clients
  • Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, VPN, networks, and access issues
  • Manage tickets: documentation, updates, and timely resolutions
  • Collaborate with senior engineers for escalations and complex cases

What We're Looking For

  • 1 year & 9 months minimum in IT Help Desk / Service Desk / Global Support
  • Excellent English communication skills for international customer handling
  • Hands-on experience with AD, O365, remote tools, and general troubleshooting
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC, night shift (US hours)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php39,000.00 per month
