At IT By Design, you'll support international clients, work with real-world enterprise tools, and gain hands-on experience that accelerates your IT career.

What You'll Do

  • Provide Tier 1/2 technical support to global users
  • Troubleshoot Windows, O365, VPN, printers & basic network issues
  • Manage accounts in Azure AD / Active Directory
  • Handle tickets within SLA and collaborate with global teams
  • Deliver customer-focused support in a fast-paced MSP environment

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 2+ years in IT Service Desk / Help Desk / Technical Support
  • Strong English communication skills (comfortable with international calls)
  • Experience in BPO or voice support is a big advantage
  • Ready to work onsite in BGC, night shift (US hours)
  • Eager to grow into a more technical, career-building role
