What You'll Do
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support to global users
- Troubleshoot Windows, O365, VPN, printers & basic network issues
- Manage accounts in Azure AD / Active Directory
- Handle tickets within SLA and collaborate with global teams
- Deliver customer-focused support in a fast-paced MSP environment
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 2+ years in IT Service Desk / Help Desk / Technical Support
- Strong English communication skills (comfortable with international calls)
- Experience in BPO or voice support is a big advantage
- Ready to work onsite in BGC, night shift (US hours)
- Eager to grow into a more technical, career-building role
