Metro Manila | 100% Onsite | Night Shift (US Hours)
We're looking for experienced
IT Service Desk / Help Desk
professionals who want to grow their technical skills in a global MSP environment. If you have solid troubleshooting abilities, strong communication skills, and experience supporting international users, this role is a great next step.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 support to global clients
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365, VPN, and basic networking issues
- Manage accounts and access in Active Directory and Azure AD
- Document and resolve tickets within SLA
- Work closely with global teams to deliver reliable support
Qualifications
- 2+ years in IT Service Desk, Help Desk, or Technical Support
- Strong English communication skills, comfortable with international calls
- Background in BPO/international voice support is a plus
- Hands-on knowledge of AD, O365, VPNs, Printers, and core troubleshooting
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, night shift
