Work from Home, Philippines Business Process Outsourcing International Full time ₱264,000 per year

This role involves managing end-to-end finance and accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance with financial regulations, and timely reporting. The ideal candidate will contribute to the smooth execution of financial transactions and help maintain strong internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end finance and accounting processes for assigned accounts
  • Process accounts payable transactions based on approved client documentation
  • Manage accounts receivable using client-approved data
  • Prepare monthly financial statements with supporting schedules
  • Complete tax returns and other statutory reports required by the business, client, or government
  • Generate ad hoc reports as requested by authorized representatives
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial documents and data
  • Respond promptly to internal and external communications
  • Comply with submission timelines for reports and statutory requirements
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations and related activities
  • Adapt to approved changes in processes as needed
  • Participate in training, development, and company activities
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Perform other finance and accounting tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in SAP (required)
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
  • Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Pay: Php19, Php22,000.00 per month
