Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for accuracy and organization? We're seeking a Home-Based Accounts Payable Support to join our growing DCX team and support our U.S.-based client. In this role, you'll handle invoice processing, payment coordination, and vendor management to ensure smooth financial operations

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Assemble, review and verify supplier invoices

• Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or costs

• Sort and match invoices

• Vouch supplier invoices into system

• Prepare and perform check runs (work with direct supervisor for printing physical checks)

• Post inter-company expense transactions

• Monitor supplier accounts to ensure payments are up to date

• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues

• Maintain supplier profiles

• Correspond with suppliers as needed and respond to inquiries

• Provide support documentation for audits

• Maintain accurate historical records

• Pay suppliers by monitoring discount opportunities, scheduling, and preparing checks electronically

• Verifies supplier accounts by reconciling monthly statements

• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential

• Other duties as assigned

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.  

• Experience: 1-3 years of Accounts Payable and/or General Accounting experience, or equivalent. 

• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. 

• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.  

• Technical Skills:

  • Ability to work with an integrated software system.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel

  • Knowledge of general accounting procedures

  • Proficiency in using accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant software. 

  • In-depth understanding of accounts payable principles, accounting standards, and account reconciliation. 

  • Maintaining high accuracy in financial records and attention to detail in every aspect of the job. 

  • Managing and prioritizing multiple tasks to meet payment deadlines. 

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) are a plus but not . ​

WHAT WE OFFER

• Salary Range: PHP 35,000 – 40,000

• Industry: Promotional

• Job Type: Full-time

• Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (USA)

• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
