Business Development Executive – Philippines (Voice+ Platform)

Location: Philippines | Full-time | Salary: USD 800–1,000/month + quarterly bonus

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to grow our Voice+ ecosystem in the Philippines. You will recruit and manage voice agencies, anchors, and hosts, building strong partnerships to drive platform engagement.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and onboard agencies, anchors, and hosts via online/offline channels.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to foster loyalty and collaboration.
  • Support hosts and agencies with guidance, training, and day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote campaigns, events, and platform growth.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ year experience in voice/live-streaming platforms.
  • Experience or network like Xena Live, Ovale, Yoyo, Hamiparty, Timo, Hiya, Pati, Yame, Hibo, Voya, Poppo, Yala, Haza, Hapi.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and social media knowledge.
  • Proficiency in English; Chinese is a plus.
  • Rich connections with Malay hosts and agencies a strong advantage.

Compensation: Base salary + quarterly bonus (1 month's salary + performance incentives).
