Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and manage IBs, affiliates, and partners in Malaysia, Thailand, and Korea.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase client acquisition and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Represent the company at industry events, expos, and conferences in Asia.
  • Provide feedback to senior management on local market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Compliance, Payments) to ensure smooth operations. Monitor business performance in the region and prepare reports for management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in business development within the Forex / Financial services / iGaming sector.
  • Proven track record in developing IBs/affiliates in Asian markets.
  • Fluent in English plus one of the following languages: Malay, Thai, or Korean.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to travel across Asia when required.
