We're looking for a proactive and strategic Expansion Manager to lead the growth of our retail network. This role is key in identifying potential store locations, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring timely, high-quality construction aligned with company standards. If you have strong negotiation skills and a passion for expanding successful retail operations, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, and recommend suitable new store locations that meet company standards.
  • Negotiate lease terms to secure favorable rental rates and contract conditions.
  • Monitor lease durations and ensure timely renewals or relocation planning before contract expiry.
  • Oversee all legal and regulatory requirements for store openings and operations.
  • Manage construction activities to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with company design standards.
  • Recommend qualified architects and contractors to the Regional Manager.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Area, and Logistics Managers on store layout, access, and size requirements.
  • Monitor contractor performance and report any irregularities or deviations from contracts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience in retail expansion, real estate acquisition, or store development.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and local permitting requirements.
