Sales and Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall sales and operations covering retail, distribution, dealers, institutional, supermarket, hotel, restaurant, B2B, B2C, and e-commerce channels.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Oversee and guide sales teams across all channels to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
  • Ensure efficient inventory management and integration of systems such as SAP.
  • Handle business development initiatives, including partnerships, new accounts, and market expansion.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
  • Promote process improvement, accountability, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (Master's is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and operations management, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
  • Experience in multi-channel sales and operational coordination.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
