The Role

The Finance Director serves as a key advisor to the CEO and Board, responsible for driving financial strategy, safeguarding fiscal health, and enabling the company's ambitious growth plans. This role requires a balance of high-level strategic thinking and operational execution within a fast-paced F&B/manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership
  • Partner closely with the CEO and Executive Team in defining and executing long-term strategic plans.
  • Lead annual budgeting, financial planning cycles, and long-range forecasting.
  • Provide data-driven insights and financial models for market expansion, new business initiatives, and capital investments.
Financial Stewardship & Control
  • Oversee corporate finance functions including treasury, cash flow optimization, tax planning, and risk management.
  • Ensure strong internal controls, financial policies, and compliance with PFRS and statutory requirements.
  • Manage banking relationships and financing structures to support growth and liquidity needs.
Performance Management & Business Intelligence
  • Build and manage financial dashboards and KPIs that drive performance across Retail, Food Service, and E-Commerce.
  • Lead cost accounting and product costing initiatives to improve gross margins and operational efficiency.
  • Provide actionable insights on profitability, pricing, and cost optimization strategies.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, mentor, and elevate the Finance Team to a high-performance, business-partnering function.
  • Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Promote financial excellence across all business units and support organizational scaling.
About You

You are a strategic business partner and financial leader who thrives in both boardrooms and the operational floor. You combine financial rigor with entrepreneurial agility and understand what it takes to scale a consumer goods or manufacturing company.

Qualifications You'll Bring
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or MBA preferred.
  • 12–15+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in senior finance leadership (Finance Director, Head of Finance, Senior Finance Manager, or similar).
  • A minimum of 5-6 years of senior finance leadership experience is required for this position.
  • Experience in FMCG, F&B, or manufacturing is essential.
  • Strong background in strategic financial planning, FP&A, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Proven track record in treasury, corporate finance, and cash flow optimization.
  • Exceptional leadership presence, communication skills, and stakeholder influence.
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Cavite under a hybrid arrangement.
  • The Finance Director must be available to work on-site in Cavite 5 days per week as part of the hybrid work arrangement.
