Targets of the position:

  • To Find and recommend as many potential sites as possible. ( Commercial spaces, vacant lot, development properties).
  • To handle and process various licenses or permits necessary to operate and open stores.

Specific Powers and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for site searching and identification. Local agent and broker coordination.

  • Conduct site evaluation, site study by gathering population data and validation of competitor and price survey.

  • Responsible for processing licenses including:

A. Business Permits

B. Health Permit Certificate

C. Fire permit Certificate

D. Certificate of Registration (COR)

E. POS Permit

F. Directional Signages Permit

G. And Other Clearances or permits as may be required

  • Records and Documentation Management.

A. Assist in the overall administration and documentation. Ensures that all supporting documents are complete and always updated.

B. Supervises the orderly keeping of records, contact details, contracts, and payment records.

  • Assists the technical person for site measurements of properties with challenging layouts and doing the actual site measurements for properties with an easy layout.
  • Monitors the timely release of rental payments or PDCs, lease expiry, and is responsible for contract renewal and collection of construction bonds and other deposits.
  • Assists in ongoing store concerns and lessor's Relationship Management.
  • Handling store concerns with proper coordination of store issues to lessors about technical matters and resolves both LESSOR's and LESSEE's concerns swiftly
  • Coordinates actively and support various Department on Marketing initiative and exhibits

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From Php32,000.00 per month
