MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic and Business Support
  • Collaborate with the GM in implementing the division's strategic plan, monitoring key milestones, and identifying opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
  • Support business expansion initiatives through data-driven market insights and performance analytics.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure divisional strategies are effectively executed at all levels.
  • Contribute to partnership development, vendor management, and relationship-building initiatives that strengthen competitive advantage.
2. Operational Management & Excellence
  • Oversee day-to-day operational performance across multiple sites, ensuring consistency with brand, quality, and service standards.
  • Implement process improvements, standard operating procedures, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
  • Monitor key operational KPIs and develop action plans to address variances.
  • Ensure timely coordination between operations, supply chain, logistics, and procurement teams.
3. Financial Management & Reporting
  • Assist the GM in developing and managing the divisional budget, including revenue projections, expense monitoring, and cost-control measures.
  • Track and analyze financial performance metrics, ensuring decisions are data-informed and aligned with profitability targets.
  • Prepare periodic financial and operational performance reports for executive review.
4. Food Safety, Quality, and Compliance
  • Ensure full compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements related to food safety, sanitation, and health protocols.
  • Support audits and inspections, ensuring timely corrective actions and adherence to best practices.
  • Promote a culture of accountability and excellence in food quality and customer experience.
5. People Leadership & Development
  • Supervise and mentor department heads, ensuring alignment of team goals with divisional objectives.
  • Support the GM in implementing succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, empowerment, and continuous learning.
  • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and recognition to build capability and engagement.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years' progressive experience in food service, hospitality, or retail operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-site operations and improving operational KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, P&L analysis, and budget administration.
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality management systems.
Preferred:
  • Master's degree or MBA.
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation, supply chain optimization, or expansion projects.
  • Demonstrated success in people development and succession planning.
