1. Find as many suitable store locations as possible.

2. Negotiate the lowest possible rents with favorable rental contracts.

1. Identify and suggests suitable store locations according to the company's definitions and conditions. He negotiates the rental terms and conditions and prepares the contracts.

  1. Decides on locations and offers from landlords which are not suitable for the company and has the authority to reject these.

  2. Follows up the rent contract durations.

  3. Ensures the extension of the rental contract or finds a new suitable.

  4. Arranges for all legal authorization procedures related to the opening and operation of stores.
  5. Arranges for good quality construction works according to the company's construction manual.
  6. Suggests to the Regional Manager architects and construction companies who are suitable to work for the company.
  7. Ensures construction arrangements and all materials used are in conformity with the company's standards including constructions made on behalf of the landlord.
  8. Carries out controls about the compliance of constructors with relevant contracts and to advise the Regional Manager about irregularities discovered.
  9. Works in coordination with Sales Manager, Area Managers, and Logistic Manager on size of the stores, designs, basic layouts, and the access for truck.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php70, Php90,000.00 per month
